Exchange and Returns

At Heads on Beds, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

No Returns Policy  
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered. All sales are considered final.

Exchanges  
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:  
- The product is damaged  
- There is a manufacturing defect  
- You have received the wrong item  

Eligibility for exchange:  
- The product must be unused  
- The product must be in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the product:

-Order number

-Product images and Videos

-Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items:

-Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

-Products returned without original packaging.

Store Credit  
If an exchange is approved but the same product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the order value.  

- Store credit will be provided as a coupon/code  
- It can be used for any purchase on Erzö  
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue  

Heads on Beds reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
